PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a building with high space efficiency which enables a distribution cable to be moved depending on a position of a connection object. SOLUTION: A rail member 24 is arranged in a gap GP of a building unit 14. A movable holding member 32 to which an intermediate portion of a power cable 48 is fixed is movably housed in a rail member 24. A portion of the power cable 48 suspended from the movable holding member 32 is partially wound by a second winding device 54, and a feeding connector 50 is attached to a tip thereof. The feeding connector 50 can be shifted to a desired position. The unnecessity of a conventional support etc. enables the effective utilization of a ceiling surface and a floor surface.
