The device has a cover (2) connected to an upper attachment ring (6) in a pivotable manner, where the closing device is arranged at a passage opening (5). A raised edge (3) of the passage opening limits the passage opening and is accommodated between the upper attachment ring and a lower attachment ring, where one of the upper and lower attachment rings has a resting unit extending through the passage opening. The other ring has a resting unit staying in engagement with the former resting unit, where the resting units fix the edge by a clamping attachment. An independent claim is also included for a procedure for manufacturing a closing device.
