<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing apparatus for a granular material capable of efficiently and certainly mixing the granular materials in the uniform state when the two kinds or more of the granular material are packed in a vessel such as a bag. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a stirring rotation drum 2 is rotated around a horizontal axis 12, a plurality of connection bars 15, 19 arranged for connecting side surface circular discs at both sides in a longitudinal direction constituting an outer ring 10 and an inner ring 11 respectively in the basket shape and a plurality of stirring impellers 16, 20 mounted to the respective connection bars 15, 19 are rotated. When a plurality of kinds of the granular materials A-D thrown into a hopper 3 from above are passed through the inside of the rotation stirring rotation drum 2, they collide to the connection bars 15, 19 and the stirring impellers 16, 20 and are stirred and mixed with each other to become the uniform granular materials, and they are discharged from an opening/closing part 6 comprising opening/closing doors 7, 7 forming an outlet of the hopper 3.
