PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide men's underpants that provides a suitable sense of freedom to the male genitals, eliminates the feeling of stuffiness in the genitals, increases the fit in the area around the genitals, and yields excellent wearing comfort. SOLUTION: Disclosed is men's underwear that is provided with a pair of left and right front panels that are positioned at the front of the garment covering the male genitals and extending to near the anus, with the center of the front panels being sewn to dimensions that do not compress the genitals, and with the outer edges of the front panels being sewn to a pair of left and right body panels to dimensions that closely fit the area around the base of the genitals.
