<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier for electrophoresis capable of extracting a substance separated after finishing the electrophoresis, and a production method using the carrier for the electrophoresis. <P>SOLUTION: In this carrier for the electrophoresis comprising a polyacrylamide crosslinked with a crosslinker, the crosslinker contains a derivative of a methylene-bis acrylamide having a segment cleaved by a prescribed condition.
