PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display and method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the damage of the overcoat film by forming a metal layer between the inorganic layer of semitransparent member and the overcoat layer. CONSTITUTION: The thin film transistor arrays are formed on the insulating substrate(110). The insulating layer(112) is formed on the thin film transistor. A plurality of the color filter(230R, 230G, 230B) is formed on the insulating layer. The overcoat film(180) is formed on the color filter and insulating layer. The concavo-convex portion is formed in the overcoat film's surface. The semitransparent member(193) is formed on the overcoat film. The metal layer(194) and inorganic arc layer(195) are laminated on the semitransparent member.
