<p>PURPOSE: A screening test of idiopathic infertility through an analysis chip of human Y chromosome microdeletion is provided to quickly analyze 19 kinds of STS marker and five genes for detecting microdelection of AZFa, AZFb, and AZFc sites. CONSTITUTION: A screening test of idiopathic infertility through an analysis chip of human Y chromosome microdeletion comprises: a step of designing a chip in which 25 kinds of probes are spotted; a step of isolating genomic DNA through magnetic bead from blood or semen; a step of amplifying nine kinds of AZFa, ten kinds of AZFb, AND nine kinds of AZFc STS marker or gene through PCR; a step of inducing hybridization between the probes; and a step of scanning the chip and measuring fluorosecence intensity.</p> |
