FIELD: transportation, packing and storage. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to locking devices and can be used for sealing a wide range of products. Locking-sealing device consists of opposed clamping elements furnished with permanent joint means including teeth. Note that one of aforesaid clamping elements can move, while the other one, a casing, has shaped opening for bag back to be preliminary embraced. Permanent joint means represent locking mechanism comprising toothed wheel interacting with spring-loaded retainer arranged in the casing. Retainer sheet spring is bent and teeth are arranged on mobile element to interact with toothed wheel in pushing the said element into casing through channel. Casing consists of base with recesses and axles for toothed wheel and spring-loaded retainer, and cover, the base and cover being rigidly interjointed. Note that mobile element represents a latch mating shaped profile on the casing.
