<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold system comprising an oil injection circuit in a refrigerant circulating circuit, and for improving heat efficiency while saving energy. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this cold system composed of the refrigerant circulating circuit (10) for circulating a refrigerant while changing its phase, and a heat medium circuit (30) provided with at least a second heat exchanger (32), and circulating a liquid heat medium while allowing it to exchange heat with the refrigerant in the refrigerant circulating circuit through a cascade heat exchanger (14), the refrigerant circulating circuit includes the oil injection circuit composed of an oil separator (16) and an oil returning flow channel (20), and the oil returning flow channel includes an air cooling-type oil cooler (17), and a liquid cooling type oil cooler (18) for cooling the oil by the heat medium in the heat medium circuit.
