<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which can surely prevent deformation of a branching terminal and in which its size can be made smaller. Ž<P>SOLUTION: On a bus bar 1 made of a conducive metal plate, there is provided in continuation a protector 10 formed of an almost T-shape, which has: a first protective portion 11 which crosses contactlessly a front of a projecting part of the fork-shaped terminal 3; and a connection portion 12 for connecting the first protective portion 11 with the conductive metallic plate at a position between the fork-shaped terminals 3, wherein the protector covers the front of a top end of the fork-shaped terminal and is cut off and removed when the fork-shaped terminal 3 is used.
