<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film excellently developing a phase difference by stretching and having a low photoelastic coefficient and birefringence low in wavelength dependency and temperature dependency. <P>SOLUTION: The film consists of 100-50 pts.wt. of a syndiotactic propylene polymer (A) and 0-50 pts.wt. of a propylene-α-olefin copolymer (B). The component (A) is a propylene polymer comprising 90-100 mol% of a propylene unit and 0-10 mol% of one or more kinds of units selected from ethylene and a 4-20C α-olefin and satisfies the following requirements [1] and [2]: [1] a fraction (rrrr) measured by<SP>13</SP>C-NMR is ≥85%; and [2] an n-decane soluble part quantity is ≤1 wt.%. The component (B) is a propylene polymer comprising 50-100 mol% of a propylene unit and 0-50 mol% of one or more kinds of units selected from ethylene and a 4-20C α-olefin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
