PURPOSE: A method of transmitting and receiving data using a pilot structure is provided to increase data transmission rate by effectively reducing pilot subcarrier overhead. CONSTITUTION: A method of transmitting and receiving data using a pilot structure is as follows. The data are transmitted using the resource block in consideration of the channel estimation ability and the data transmission rate. The data is received using the resource block. The resource block includes pilot symbols consisting of a predetermined number and pattern. The pilot symbols are allocated to the resource block in consideration of the number of transmission antenna with a predetermined allocation rate.
