<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber rope end-fixing device capable of fixing an unraveled portion of the fiber rope end with enhancing tensile strength more than that of conventional one. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fiber rope end-fixing device includes a metal cylindrical socket member 1 and a metal rod-like wedge member 2. The socket member 1 is formed to have a through-hole and the wedge member 2 is formed to be insertable into the through-hole. The socket member 1 is formed to have a concave portion along the peripheral direction in the small radial side of an inner periphery and an expanded portion along the peripheral direction in the large-diameter side. The wedge member 2 is formed to have a swelled portion along the peripheral direction in the small-diameter side of an outer periphery. In a state of installation in which the swelled portion of the wedge member 2 is brought to face to the concave portion of the socket member 1, a circular cross-sectional area of the facing portion is bought to be smaller than that of other areas.
