<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult for a user to select processing suitable for each specific image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This image output control device includes: a detection unit that detects a specific image from a target image; an image selection part for selecting a specific image detected from the target image according to an instruction accepted from the outside; and an output control unit that outputs a menu image while accepting only items corresponding to the specific image selected by the image selection part among the items in the menu image when outputting the target image and the menu image for accepting selected processing to be applied to the specific image.
