PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an illegal web page so as not to damage convenience during web browsing.

SOLUTION: This communication repeater is a device that is connected to a web server as a substitute for a client terminal with a web browser mounted thereon. The communication repeater acquires a web page (target page) 200 requested by the client terminal from the web server and transmits the web page to the client terminal. It also acquires a web page (anticipatory page) 208 of a link destination set in the target page 200 and determines whether contents of the anticipatory page 208 is suitable for display. When it is not suitable, it warns the client terminal that "an illegal page exists if following the link of the target page".
