<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic pallet cleaning apparatus capable of efficiently cleaning a cleaning object (pallet) in a short time, preventing contamination in a clean room due to dust, and improving the production efficiency of a precision apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic pallet cleaning apparatus 1 includes: a conveyor 11 for conveying the pallet P into a cleaning apparatus body 10; an air jetting nozzle 21 for jetting air to the pallet P conveyed by the conveyor 11 and removing the dust stuck to the pallet P by the air to clean; and an air suction device 40 for turning the inside of the cleaning apparatus body 10 to a negative pressure state and sucking the dust removed from the pallet P by the air jetting nozzle 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
