<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transmit information by an operation of a user in a method of transmitting news between off-line game apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: News on a game is written in a memory card 4 for using a game apparatus 1 and the memory card is returned to a user. When using another game apparatus 1, the user inserts the memory card 4 therein, and the other game apparatus 1 reads the news written in the memory card 4 and displays it as the news.
