MICROORGANISM COMPOSITION USING AS FEED ADDITIVES FOR PRODUCTION OF LUTEIN RICH EGG

PURPOSE: A microorganism composition used for feed additives and a preparation method thereof are provided to produce lutein-enriched eggs. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a microorganism composition used for feed additives comprises the following steps of: alcohol-fermenting marigold blooms for up to 24 hours for lutein extraction; fermenting them in the presence of Kimchi lactic acid such as Latobacilus plantarum for up to 24 hours; separating into a solid portion and liquid portion; concentrating the liquid portion in a concentrator; mixing the solid portion, concentrate, and carrier; and drying the mixture for 20 hours to obtain a product. The product is added by 0.1-0.2% of common feed.
