The system (10) has a microcontroller (100) collecting data e.g. choke state, from an electric starter (200) of an intelligent engine (20) e.g. petrol engine, of a tool e.g. high pressure cleaner (1), and sensors of the tool. The microcontroller utilizes the data to feedback the operation of the tool by sending control orders that act on the tool operation, to an engine control unit (201). A communication unit (101) transmits the data to a terminal (2) e.g. mobile phone, of a user e.g. operator, of the tool such that the user remotely/locally manages the operation and maintenance of the tool. An independent claim is also included for a high pressure cleaner provided with an intelligent engine.
