PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding method that can improve the orientation of a filler, and a resin molded product and a mold. SOLUTION: The resin molding method has a mold-closing process for closing the mold 1 to form a resin passage 90 and arranging obstructive members 221U, 221D in the resin passage 90; an injection process for injecting molten resin 91 having a base material and an anisotropic filler 910 dispersed in the base material, into the resin passage 90 from a nozzle, correcting the dispersion of flow velocity of molten resin 91 upstream of the obstructive members 221U, 221D by obstructing the flow of the molten resin 91 by the obstructive members 221U, 221D, and forming a weld part WL downstream of the obstructive members 221U, 221D to improve the orientation of the filler 910 in the extended direction of the weld part WL; and a mold-opening process for opening the mold 1 to take out the resin molded product 93.
