The vehicle has an energy absorption device (202) for absorption of energy of an impact. The energy absorption device has a wall structure (34) extending along a wall structure axis (35). The wall structure has a wall (40) arranged on another wall (38) in inner side of the vehicle. An additional structure (36) arranged between the walls works against impact reduction of space (52) between the walls, so that the energy of the impact is absorbed by elongation of a part of the wall structure. The wall and the additional structures are made of metallic or plastic material.
