PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner forming a color image having sharp tone and high color saturation without any color turbidity and forming a full color image with excellent light fastness. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains at least a colorant containing a benzimidazole pigment expressed by a structural formula (1), and a binder resin. In the structural formula (1), R1 represents one of -OCH<SB>3</SB>, -COOCH<SB>3</SB>and -COO(n-C<SB>4</SB>H<SB>9</SB>); R2 represents one of -NO<SB>2</SB>, -H, -CONHC<SB>6</SB>H<SB>5</SB>and -SO<SB>2</SB>NHCH<SB>3</SB>; and R3 represents -H or -CH<SB>3</SB>.
