PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed wallpaper capable of maintaining stainproof properties over a long period by suppressing cracks of a surface protective coating causing the reduction of the stain resistance. SOLUTION: The foamed wallpaper is constituted of at least a base material, a foamed resin layer and the surface protective coating, wherein the surface protective coating is formed of at least two or more kinds of waxes. The method for producing the foamed wallpaper includes a step for forming a lower foamable resin composition layer containing at least two or more kinds of the waxes on the base material, a step for forming an upper foamable resin composition layer on the lower foamable resin composition layer, and a step for forming a foamed resin layer by foaming the lower foamable resin layer and the upper foamable resin layer and simultaneously forming the surface protective coating by allowing two or more kinds of the waxes to bleed.
