<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse processor for radiation measurements for eliminating incorrect radiation measurements and accurately measuring its energy by improving accuracy in pile-up determination at the time of radiation measurements. <P>SOLUTION: The subsequent stages of a plurality of event detection circuits 15a, 15b, 15c, which output timing signals from event signals and have different time constants, are provided with a disable means 16 for cutting off their output and a delay means 17 for delaying the timing signals in such a way that the period between the input of the event signals to the event detection circuits 15a, 15b, 15c and the input of the timing signals to a pile-up detection circuit 19 from the event signals may be constant. The timing signals are used to perform pile-up determination and base-line correction.
