<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately find an elapsed time after a head of data for adjusting a transmission timing when the data are streaming-transferred has been transferred so as to set the transmission timing. <P>SOLUTION: When current time information is calculated by a system clock, and the obtained time as current time is the time earlier than the previously obtained time or substantially later than the previously obtained time, the elapsed time is found without using the current time information obtained by the system clock, and the transmission timing is adjusted using the elapsed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
