PURPOSE: A submerged bridge launching apparatus and method is provided to construct a deep long submerged bridge with ease. CONSTITUTION: A submerged bridge launching apparatus comprises a housing(110), a support structure(111), an upper lifting block(120), a lower sliding block(130), and a hoisting jack device(140). The housing covers and supports the top of a bridge body(10). The support structure fixes the housing on an underwater floor. The upper lifting block is installed to move up and down within the housing, and has a slide surface(121) on the bottom. The lower sliding block has an inclined surface corresponding to the slide surface of the top lifting block, and is combined to the upper lifting block so that the inclined surface is movable on the slide surface. The hoisting jack device is mounted on the housing on the upper lifting block and ascends/descends the upper lifting block and the lower sliding block. |
