<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for managing costs in an organization, which appropriately distributes management resources and improves profit performance by quantitating and visualizing the costs in the organization. <P>SOLUTION: The system 10 for managing cost in an organization (company) comprises: a cost input receiving processing means 21 which receives input of an amount of cost needed for business support indicated by a currency in the organization (company) together with a business support execution date, and constituting member identification information (employee code) and department identification information for a requester or supporter; a cost storage means 40 which stores the received data; and a passbook display processing means 23 which screen-displays, by use of data on a constituting member (employee) to be displayed extracted from the storage means 40, a passbook showing information on the business support execution date and the requester or supporter, the amount of the cost paid or received, and the balance of the internal currency on a terminal device 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
