PURPOSE: A green case compressing device is provided to compress the external surface of a first green case more tightly in order to improve the compression rate of semi-products. CONSTITUTION: A green case compressing device comprises a molding drum(10), first green case(20), first splicing unit(30a), second splicing unit(30b), and pressurizing cylinder(40). The molding drum molds semi-products. The both ends of the first green case are turned-up on the external surface of the molding drum. The first and second splicing units compress the external surface of the green case. The pressurizing cylinder is fixed to pressurize the first green case. The first and second splicing units include a plurality of pressurizing rolls(31,32) placed in the width direction of the drum.
