PURPOSE: A business process management system and method are provided to register a new task automatically in the task list and notify the user of it in real time. CONSTITUTION: A business process management system comprises a task allocation part(3), a task process part(7), an evaluation management part(6), and a task plan part(4). The task allocation part receives information for allocation of business person in charge about a delivered task from the task plan part, and allocates the task to the person in charge who can perform the task. The task process part receives and processes the task from the task allocation part, and delivers the task result to the evaluation management part. The evaluation management part stores the task result, evaluates the task result, and delivers the evaluation result to the task plan part. The task plan part determines the task priority including the person in charge designation according to the evaluation result. |
