PURPOSE: An apparatus for intermediating image and apparatus for capturing an image are provided allow a user to find out a road condition in remote place since the user confirms the road condition of a certain region through a mobile terminal whenever necessary. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for intermediating image and apparatus for capturing an image are composed of a request receiver(210), a location information DB(25), and a service provider(220). The request receiver receives an image purchase request, and the image purchase request includes the location information from a user terminal. The location information DB stores the location information of vehicles on which an image supplying unit. The service provider control a traffic information image to be supplied from the image pick-up based on the information stored in the location information DB to the user terminal. |
