FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to diagnostics. Carried out is examination of relative maximal moment of muscle force, inner diametre of afferent main artery. Index of artery diametre is correlated with value of relative moment of group of limb muscles and vascularisation coefficient (C) is calculated by original formula. If C of gastrocnemius muscle is lower than 2.45, determined is relative prevailing of contractile elements, characteristic of athletes training force quality, if C is higher than 2.65 - relative prevailing of vascular component is determined, characteristic for training endurance quality. ^ EFFECT: method allows to determine orientation of training process and development of velocity-force characteristics or endurance quality. ^ 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 3 ex |
