<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device with a simple configuration and its using method, which carries out energy saving while maintaining heating value balance on a real time basis in a control process of the air-conditioning device by effectively using heat of outside air or a heat load of a space to be air-conditioned even if outside air to be taken in is of a high temperature and high humidity, or it is of a low temperature, to reduce consumption of heat and cold. <P>SOLUTION: The air-conditioning device is composed of: an outdoor unit 10 equipped with a heat recovery coil 11, an outdoor cooling coil 12, a heating coil 13, a humidifier 14, and an outdoor blow fan 101, and supplying the outside air as adjustment outside air; an indoor unit 20 equipped with an indoor cooling coil 21 and an indoor blow fan 102, and supplying air into the space to be air-conditioned; a heat source device 50 circulating and supplying hot water; and a cold source device 40 circulating and supplying cold water. A heat recovery circulation passage is formed by switching of heat recovery coil selector valves 111-114 provided in the heat recovery coil 11, water conveyance by a conveying pump 120, and opening and closing control of each control valve 121-124. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
