<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing program and an information processor, capable of presenting, when an operator operates a display screen corresponding to information of a processing object so as to play the operator's role to the information of the processing object, auxiliary information for the operation of the processing object corresponding to the operator's role to the operator. <P>SOLUTION: When a user ID is input through an input part 42 of a terminal device 4, a role acquisition means 210 acquires a role corresponding to the user ID from a user management DB 201, an operation frequency acquisition means 211 acquires an operation frequency with respect to a plurality of operation objects corresponding to the role from an operation history DB 202, and an operation object highlight display determination means 212 outputs, when the operation frequency acquired with respect to the plurality of operation objects exceeds a threshold, instruction information to instruct highlighting of an operation object which exceeds the threshold.
