PURPOSE: A seesaw health chair is provided to enable a user to do aerobic exercise, stretching, and stomach and flank exercise. CONSTITUTION: A seesaw health chair comprises the following units. A backboard is located behind a seat(10). Arm holders(30) are located on both side of the seat. A support stand(50) with supporting unit(40) is installed below the seat. Spaces(60) are formed between the seat and support stand horizontally. A supporter is installed on the top of the support stand. A ball settler(70,70') is located in the lower center of the seat. A ball(80) is rotatably inserted into the ball settler. An elastic support(90) is positioned on the outside of the ball settler in order to rotate the seat to constant angle. A cushion(110) is prepared on the seat and the both sides of the support stand.
