PURPOSE: A PNF working band is provided, which prevents the legs and arms from being drooped in walking movement or climbing mountain. CONSTITUTION: A PNF working band is constituted as follows. A pad of for medical treatment permanent magnet is located in the back portion of the breast collar which presses the waist. In a detachable connection unit which is connected to the shoulder, a length adjustment unit and a band connection unit(4) are located and a belt connection unit is installed. Four rubber bands(3) or a tube are connected to the band connection unit and are equipped with a hanger loop.
