PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe inductor that can cope with onboard use, or the like and has improved vibration resistance since a conventional inductor has lacked reliability, such as mountability and vibration resistance, and to provide a circuit module (power supply unit) for mounting the inductor. SOLUTION: A choke coil 11 includes: a core set 12; a winding coil 15 that is provided in the core set 12 and has connection terminal sections 17 at both the ends; and a mold section 18 for covering them. On at least one side of the mold section 18, one portion of the connection terminal sections 17 is also provided at a mounting section 19, and the mountability and vibration resistance are improved.
