The system has a fluid aspiration unit (14) connected to an inlet orifice (12) of a venturi effect apparatus (11) by a conduit (13) i.e. flexible pipe. The apparatus is mounted on a pressure line (7) distinct from the conduit. The inlet orifice is placed such that a low pressure circulation of fluid e.g. liquid, in the apparatus drives the aspiration of another fluid by an opening (15) and mixes the fluids. The pressure line is connected to a delivery nozzle (8) placed in downstream of the apparatus for delivering a mixture of the fluids in a basin (1). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a filtration device for a basin (2) a swimming pool comprising a basin.
