PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP soundproof panel, simply maintaining and securing design nature. SOLUTION: This soundproof panel is constructed by a sandwich panel including a core material, a fiber reinforced plastic skin material disposed on both sides of the core material and a rib material made of fiber reinforced plastic material, which connect the skin materials to each other, wherein the soundproof panel includes a wall part at least having an erected substantially flat surface part and a fitting part fixed to a building skeleton, and a resin sheet is stuck to the surfaces of one side and/or both sides of the wall part.
