PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a flexible tube without recesses or projections on the inner diameter surface. SOLUTION: The outer side of a coil 30 is covered with a tube 35. The inside of the tube 35 and the coil 30 are covered with a melted resin to form a shell layer 31. Inside the coil 30 for which the shell layer 31 is formed, a core material 37 in a columnar shape is inserted. The melted resin is injected between the core material 37 and the coil 30 to form an inner diameter layer 32. When the tube 35 and the core material 37 are removed from the coil 30, the flexible tube whose outer surface and inner diameter surface are smooth is completed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
