<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portion container which can be easily unsealed by an extremely simple operation, and the lid of which can be opened easily with no possibility of scattering of the contents. <P>SOLUTION: The container body A is constituted of a nonflexible tubular upper structure 10 which is resistant to press deformation, and a flexible bottomed tubular lower structure 50 extending downward from the lower edge of the upper structure and being susceptible to press deformation, wherein a press board 20 connected rotatably with the upper structure and equipped with a cutter 30 is provided vertically in the container.
