PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrity testing device (a nondestructive test method by a direct method is used for integrity test, in this case) of a membrane capable of coping with any membrane removable method between a membrane filtration method, a pore diffusion method, and a pore diffusion-filtration method. SOLUTION: This device has a circuit for sending each different liquid to each surface on one side (A-surface) and on the other side (B-surface) of a membrane, by using a measurable solution, even when there is a concentration lower than 1/1,000 times the colloidal particle concentration in colloidal solution for the integrity test; and has a circuit for sending the colloidal solution and cleaning liquid for cleaning the membrane surface to the A-surface side and sending water and dissolving liquid for dissolving colloid, to the B-surface side.
