PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device for a train of manufacturing equipment capable of ensuring safety in the train of manufacturing equipment including the equipment to be calibrated sufficiently and calibrating the equipment to be calibrated efficiently and securely. SOLUTION: In this train of manufacturing equipment composed of a plurality of continuous equipment, at least one among a plurality of equipment constituting the train of manufacturing equipment is the equipment to be calibrated requiring periodic calibration. This train of manufacturing equipment includes a safety fence surrounding the whole periphery of the train of manufacturing equipment, an opening part provided in the safety fence to allow a member for calibration to be introduced into the equipment to be calibrated from the outside of the safety fence, and a guide part extended from the outside of the opening part to the equipment to be calibrated in the inside of the safety fence. An interval for preventing a worker from coming into contact with the equipment to be calibrated through the opening part is provided between the opening part and the equipment to be calibrated.
