PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-cured resin laminate expressing excellent transmission characteristics or fine wiring formability in a high-frequency area, that is, a metal-cured resin laminate having a high Q value and excellent in adhesiveness of a metal layer having a small roughness with a cured resin layer. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing a metal-cured resin laminate, a hardening resin composition layer containing a conjugated diene polymer and a cure agent is formed on a surface of the metal layer surface treated with a compound or its condensation product represented by a formula (1) R<SP>1</SP><SB>m</SB>R<SP>2</SP><SB>k</SB>MX<SB>n</SB>(M represents Si or the like, R<SP>1</SP>represents a hydrocarbon group having an unsaturated bond, R<SP>2</SP>represents the hydrocarbon group which may contain oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorous, sulfur, or halogen, X represents an alkoxy group, a halogen group or the like, m represents an integer of 1 or more, k represents an integer of 0 or more, and n represents an integer of 1 or more), and after that, the hardening resin composition is cured.
