<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide liquid seasoning reinforced in flavor and delicious taste of welsh onion vegetable, and containing oil and fat. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid seasoning is obtained by: blending water, a thickener, sodium glutamate, spice, sesame, brewed vinegar (having the acidity of 10%), salt, reduced starch syrup, sugar, welsh onion chips or onion chips (heated one or heated dried one) each at a prescribed amount; stirring and mixing the blended materials to be dissolved so as to prepare an aqueous phase part; heating the aqueous phase part from normal temperature; maintaining the heated aqueous phase part for 4 minutes after reaching to the temperature at 80°C for sterilization followed by cooling the sterilized aqueous phase part to have the normal temperature followed by charging the aqueous phase part in a container; and thereafter charging diacylglycerol-highly-containing oil and fat or salad oil in the container to prepare the liquid seasoning.
