<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angular velocity sensor of a stable output characteristic where jitter noise having periodicity does not occur as a phase error of detection timing. <P>SOLUTION: This angular velocity sensor comprises a PLL circuit 121 having a constant voltage output apparatus 128a and a voltage control oscillator 129 in a timing control circuit 71 for outputting a timing signal to sensing circuit 81 and a driving circuit 41, and an amplitude determination circuit 124.
