<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, etc., for comprehending a communication amount by broadcasting in a network. <P>SOLUTION: A system is provided with: a communicable terminal comprehension part 112 for comprehending communicable terminals 1a to 1g in a LAN 10, a communication amount collecting part 113 for collecting from a network switch 200a the number of input broadcast packets input to a relay interface 201a of a network switch 200a to which a communicable terminal 1a is connected in the LAN 10 and the number of output broadcast packets output from the relay interface 201a, and a total communication amount calculating part 114 for determining a communication amount by broadcast in the LAN 10 from the number of input broadcast packets and the number of output broadcast packets with respect to the relay interface 201a, the number of communicable terminals and an average broadcast packet size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
