PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displacement air conditioning system capable of using FCU (fan coil unit), performing displacement air conditioning, and reducing load of a desiccant air conditioner. SOLUTION: This displacement air conditioning system uses the desiccant air conditioner 21 comprising fan coil units 11 disposed in each of rooms R in a building, and a desiccant rotor 22, a supply portion 20 for supplying the air conditioned air along a floor surface is connected with the fan coil unit 11 in performing the displacement air conditioning by supplying the air conditioned air from a lower portion in the room R and discharging the air from an upper portion, on the other hand, a total heat exchanger 24 is disposed in the desiccant air conditioner 21 dehumidifying and cooling the outside air and supplying the air to the fan coil unit 11, so that sensible heat or latent heat exchange between the outside air introduced to the desiccant rotor 22 of the desiccant air conditioner 21 and the ventilated air from the room R is performed by the total heat exchanger 24, then the air is dehumidified by the desiccant rotor 22, further cooled, and supplied to the FCU 11.
