摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue embedding method for solving problems preventing practical implementation of application of a highly hydrophilic polymer to a tissue embedding process, wherein a tissue swells because of high hydrophilicity and polymerization occurs only in an initially permeated part such as a surface layer part before the inside of the whole tissue is permeated and many parts are left unpermeated to result in defective embedding because of high polymerization speed. SOLUTION: In this tissue embedding method using a highly hydrophilic polymer monomer for preparing an embedded specimen of a tissue including moisture and radical sources in cells, the tissue is immersed in an embedding liquid consisting of 100 pts.wt. of a highly hydrophilic polymer monomer aqueous solution with a concentration of 20-50%, 2.0-4.0 pts.wt. of a crosslinking agent, and 0.01-0.10 pts.wt. of a polymerization inhibitor, and then, left still as it is or after bubbled with nitrogen gas for polymerizing.
