A holder for the descending device is provided, which is safely fixed in the state of being hung and solves the problem of dropping or inclining. A holder for the descending device comprises: a main body(100) in which first rotary shaft is fixed; an intermediate member(200) in which the second rotary shaft is installed at the rotating end tip in the direction orthogonal to the first rotary shaft; and a hanger bar(300) which is formed into the pipe shape to be rotated forward and backward while being combined with the second rotary shaft and is formed of a hanging loop for hanging the descending device.
