<p>The ground conveyor has a vehicle longitudinal direction extending wheel arm (1) which is arranged at a loading pulley (2). An environment sensor (9) is arranged in range of the wheel arm. The environment sensor is arranged at an end of the wheel arm in vehicle longitudinal direction of loading pulley within the width extension of the wheel arm. An independent claim is included for a method for controlling ground conveyor.</p>
